CIVILIAN SEAL OFFICER APPLICATION STEPS
When you’re a civilian college student and not enrolled in a SEAL officer commissioning program you start your accession process with a Navy Recruiter. Prospective NROTC students must apply separately to both: Civilian Colleges and the NROTC Program itself.
STEP 1: COMPLETE THE DATA CARD
If you are interested in becoming a Sea-Air-Land (SEAL) officer, begin the application process by completing the fillable form PDF NAVPERS 1210-9 Prospective Naval Special Warfare Officer Data Card
STEP 2: EMAIL YOUR DATA CARD
